2. Exchange for Size Issues
- Exchanges may be requested for size-related issues within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, with tags and accessories intact where supplied.
- Size exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.
- Customers must contact our team and obtain exchange approval before shipping the product back.
- Customized or personalized sneakers may be exchanged only where the request is eligible under our policy and applicable law.
3. Exchange for Courier Damage
- If your sneakers arrive damaged due to transit or courier handling, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please share your order number and clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the damage and packaging.
- Our team will verify the claim and arrange an appropriate exchange or other remedy as required under applicable law.
- Please retain the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number.
- Explain the reason for the exchange and provide supporting photographs or videos where applicable.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging and follow the return-shipping instructions provided.
Please do not send any product back without prior authorization.
5. Shipping Charges
- For an approved size exchange, shipping or exchange handling charges, if any, will be communicated before the exchange is processed.
- For verified courier damage, Craftafoot will coordinate an appropriate resolution, including responsibility for shipping costs as applicable.
